หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish best-practice AP processes: design standardised workflows for invoice receipt, approval and payment execution
• Review and refine approval matrix; ensure compliance with company authorisation policy
• * Lead AP-related month-end tasks (accruals, vendor reconciliations) and liaise directly with Accounting Manager
• Coach Junior AP Officer on complex linquiries, exceptions and ERP configurations
• Drive AP KPI improvements (e.g. reduce DPO, improve first-pass accuracy)

• Develop robust AR processes: institute clear credit-control procedures, ageing targets and escalation paths
• Supervise month-end AR close: reconciliations, cash-application review and intercompany billing where applicable
• Interface directly with key customers for dispute resolution and negotiate payment plans as needed
• Mentor Junior AR Officer to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO
• Collaborate with Finance Supervisor on cash-flow forecasting inputs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years' AP leadership in a dynamic or start-up environment
• Deep understanding of internal controls, three-way matching and payment workflows
• Advanced ERP/AX experience, with ability to configure master data and reporting
• Strong change-management skills and a track record of raising the performance bar in a team

• 5+ years' AR experience, ideally with exposure to rapid-growth firms
• Proven ability to establish and enforce credit-control policies and KPI targets
• Expert user of ERP billing modules and reporting tools (Dynamics AX experience preferred)
