Director of Sales (Hotel business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Directing day-to-day activities of the sales team by inspiring and coaching them to drive results.
• Drive the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel sales, marketing and business plan.
• Involved in sales forecasting with the Revenue Manager and also developing special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients.
• Develop rapports with key clients and feel comfortable taking risks by entering into new markets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 7 years experience in hotel business sales and marketing
• Revenue management experience
• Experience in luxury hotel brands
• Good English communication skills both in verbal & written.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
