หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• BIM Model Management: Manage and maintain 3D BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct regular clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and coordinate resolution meetings to mitigate design conflicts early.
• BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific BEPs in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of BIM models, documentation, and data deliverables throughout all project phases.
• Software and Tools Management: Maintain and support BIM-related software and tools including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant platforms.
• Training and Support: Provide technical support and training to internal teams to enhance BIM adoption and efficiency across departments.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports, maintain model documentation, and ensure version control to support project progress and decision-making.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction workflows, project phases, and project management software is a plus.

• Fixed Allowance: 7,100 THB/month (Accommodation: 4,000 THB / Site: 2,500 THB / Telephone: 600 THB) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Annual Bonus: Average 2 months Variable Bonus: Once annually in December Group Insurance: Tokio Marine Provident Fund: Available after probation TOEIC Allowance:
• TOEIC score over 700: 5,000 THB/month
• TOEIC score over 900: 10,000 THB/month
• TOEIC score must be valid within 2 years
• Must renew every 2 years to continue receiving allowance
• TOEIC scores can be submitted at any time; cutoff date is the 15th of each month. If submitted before the cutoff, the allowance will be paid that month. Salary Increment: Annually in May Annual Health Check-Up Annual Leave: Starting at 7 days (after 1 year of service) Company Uniform Provided
