Production Engineer (1Year Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Operating in accordance with company policy to comply with the regulations of the company
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, to ensure seamless production processes
• Provide information such as Tooling concept sheet, Assessment, BOQ for RFQ to OOP department.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to develop their skills and expertise, provide guidance and feedback
• Manage equipment design, commissioning, and maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide engineering technical support, such as investigation on engineering related activities regarding quality investigations
• New model preparing, Mold, JIG, Die, Tool, Equipment and New Machine
• Production Equipment capacity planning, Improvement and Problem analysis Process guideline planning, and Process change control
• Involve for Improvement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Energy saving

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance of Assembly devices.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to listen, read and write basic English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work on-site in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
