หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare cost estimation documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Analyze project costs and prepare budgets to align with project goals and targets.
• Prepare bidding documents and perform price comparisons from contractors and suppliers.
• Review and approve progress claims for payment to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site supervision teams to ensure cost data aligns with actual construction progress.
• Record and track cost data, and prepare cost summary reports for management.
• Verify quantities and payment documents submitted by subcontractors or vendors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in QS, Cost Control, Estimation, or BOQ preparation.
• Solid knowledge of construction systems, structural works, and architectural works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Good command of English
