หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support factory optimization projects related to in-plant and inbound logistics, focusing on logistics facility construction and operational improvement.
• Plan and coordinate the construction and expansion of warehouses, storage areas, and other logistics facilities.
• Review logistics layouts, construction drawings, and technical specifications to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, and quality, and resolve site or technical issues.
• Analyze logistics workflows, storage design, manpower, resources, and equipment to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or during long holiday periods as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with 0–3 years of working experience.
• Age 22-25 years.
• Experience in Logistics, Warehouse, In-plant Logistics, Project Management, or Factory Improvement is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, storage design, logistics workflows, and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Experience with 2D/3D layout design using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools. Understanding of manpower planning, resource allocation, equipment planning, and process improvement.
• Good teamwork, coordination, and willingness to learn and develop.
• Computer literacy, especially in CATIA (2D & 3D), AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
