หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review and assess construction drawings (Shop Drawings) for Architectural and landscape architectural work
• Inspect the as-built drawings for architectural work completed by contractors and ensure they match the actual construction
• Inspect to ensure architectural, landscape architectural, and related work complies with contracts or agreements.
• Inspect quantities of work for additions or reductions and verify changes in architectural work costs from contractors for executive review
• Check, monitor, and prepare progress reports on architectural, landscape architectural, and related work for executive review
• Construction control with coordinate both internally and externally to exsure work adheres to plans and handle other assigned tasks
• Resolve problems and provide advice to project owner effectively

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age preferably 28-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in architectural or related field
• Minimum experiences for Senior Architect: 7 years
• Able to communicate in English
• Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
• Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate
