หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Improve existing products and processes; develop new product concepts
• Research market trends and emerging technologies
• Select raw materials and ingredients from suppliers
• Prepare product costings to ensure profitability
• Conduct product trials and coordinate cross-functional launches
• Review and approve product specifications and labeling
• Collaborate on long-term projects (e.g. waste reduction, efficiency improvement)
• Drive innovation in packaging and technology
• Conduct experiments and develop sample products
• Design scalable processes for consistent flavor, color, and texture
• Ensure repeatable, safe, and standardized production
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues while maintaining food safety
• Quality Assurance Responsibilities

• At least 3 years of work experience in food-related fields
• Knowledge in food safety and quality management
• Knowledge in food science/food technology/food engineering
• Work experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
