Estimation Engineer (Sathon, Bangkok)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review and analyze tender documents such as instructions to bidders, project specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare a query list for any discrepancies, unclear information, or missing details in the tender documents.
• Revise or develop additional design details as needed to complete the estimation drawings (VECD estimation drawing).
• Coordinate with TSMZ designers to collect technical data and confirm design information for cost estimation.
• Perform quantity take-off and verify that specifications and quantities are accurate according to the provided drawings.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tender submission.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Estimation.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work at construction sites located in suburban areas.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
