Packaging Design Engineer (Automotive) – Laem Chabang | New Graduates Welcome

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and develop packaging for automotive parts and KD export products. Create 2D/3D packaging designs using CAD software.
• Select suitable packaging materials and develop packaging prototypes.
• Conduct packaging trials and improve designs based on test results.
• Coordinate with suppliers and visit supplier factories when required.
• Investigate packaging-related issues, including product damage or returned parts, and develop corrective solutions.
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, packaging specifications and material lists.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and suppliers to support new model launches.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related fields.
• Male candidates only.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Packaging Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Able to read 2D/3D drawings and use AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of packaging design, development, and packaging materials.
• Strong skills in cost analysis, cost reduction, and process improvement (Kaizen).
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
