หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, and feedback to the Project Manager
• Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and feedback
• Recheck the M&E shop drawing, as-built drawing, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, and feedback
• Prepare update construction progress in formation for the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
• Review the M&E as-built drawing, performance test reports and instruction manuals prior handover to the Hotel Operations for their reference/use
• Compile the Handover report
• Estimation M&E work

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E, Construction
• Able to communicate in English
• Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
