หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Help resolve technical problems on standard, special, and CNC machine tool products and controls. Verbally assist customers and customer service representatives with both electrical and mechanical technical advice obtained from technical manuals, engineering, etc.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues for standard, special, and CNC machine tools.
• Provide technical advice and assistance to customers and -Customer Service Representatives.
• Support technical training for regional service teams and customers on new and existing equipment.
• Prepare and issue technical service bulletins regarding procedures, design modifications, and technical changes.
• Coordinate and process spare parts orders with relevant internal and external parties.
• Plan and coordinate service activities to ensure effective after-sales support.
• Maintain technical manuals and reference materials for service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Age not over 50 years old.
• *Good command of English and able to communicate effectively in English.*
• Able to work in the office 5 days per week.
• Willing to visit customers when necessary to provide on-site technical support and help resolve technical issues.
