BIM Manager (ระยอง) 70K - 90K THB/Month

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead, supervise, and develop the BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
• Coordinate BIM activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and procedures.
• Review and monitor BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Oversee the development of construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM deliverables.
• Conduct and supervise clash detection using BIM software and facilitate BIM coordination meetings.
• Monitor BIM workflow, project progress, and model deliverables to meet project schedules.
• Support quantity take-off, model-based coordination, and construction simulations where required.
• Troubleshoot BIM-related technical issues and provide guidance to project teams.
• Promote BIM best practices, standards, and continuous improvement within the organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor of Civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, construction drawing development, or site construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project execution.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM/3D modeling software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection processes, and model quality control.
• Autodesk certification or professional engineering/architectural license is an advantage.
