หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Arrange and coordinate travel and visits related to field trials, including transportation and accommodation
• Perform on-site support at field sites, including application of materials and observation of crop growth
• Collect data, photographs, and records related to field trials
• Prepare and submit reports, meeting minutes, and summary reports of trial results
• Coordinate with farmers, trial managers, and stakeholders, and support visitor reception
• Manage trial materials and environment, including inventory and organization of field conditions
• Support sales promotion activities, including market research, sales meetings, and trade procedures
• Identify, organize, and report issues related to weather, disease, or materials
• Perform ancillary services necessary for trial objectives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural only.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to travel nationwide as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Able to travel nationwide as required.
• Support the execution of agricultural field trials in Vietnam, including travel coordination, on-site support, data collection, reporting, stakeholder coordination, trial environment management, sales promotion support, issue handling, and ancillary services.
