QS Assistant Manager (เขาใหญ่) 45K-65K THB/Month

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Obtain, evaluate, and coordinate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare, review, and manage Variation Orders (VOs) according to contract requirements.
• Support cost planning, budgeting, estimation, and cost control for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) within the construction industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Willing to relocate and work at project sites in suburban areas.
