Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in manufacturing sectors
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Provide consultative solutions based on customer production requirements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineer / Technical Sales roles
Experience in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or capital equipment is highly preferred
Good command of English (able to communicate)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
Able to travel to meet clients as required
