Accounts Receivable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Receipt bank, cash, Cheque from customer, record in system and reconcile AR invoice. and issue Receipt and send to customer
• Receipt WHT amount from Customer, record in system and reduce AR
• Record in system when Clearing cheque from bank
• Recheck Tax invoice, issue billing and send to customer.
• Issue CN RTV and CN rebate
• Reconcile bank
• Undertaking any other duties as requested.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 0 - 3 Years of experience in accounting
• Able to use Microsoft Office or others accounting Program
• Able to work as a team
• Detailed-oriented and meticulous
