Finance & Accounting Manager (English speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish finance structure, policies, and accounting systems (ERP, internal control, payment approval flow).
• Supervise all accounting functions: GL, AP, AR, inventory, tax, and monthly/year-end closing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Manage company budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
• Support business decisions by providing financial insights, cost analysis, and margin review.
• Build and develop a finance & accounting team from the ground up.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPD or CPA license preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or project-based business preferred.
• Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in English communication and Excel/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and high integrity.
