Technical Engineer (HVAC)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist and answer enquiries from the Sales & Distribution via e-mails, conference call and phone calls when they faced technical challenges regarding the products,
• providing technical information regarding products in the quickest manner, thus helping Sales & Distribution to solve customers’ problems about the product features, functions and additional options.
• Provide technical support for Sales & Distribution when customers request for products modification/re-design/design special. Work with Product Marketing
• Receive and check customer’s sales orders to ensure that it adhere to industrial standards and Company’s production methods and requirements before issuing approval for Sales & Distribution to confirm the orders with the customers.
• Work with Sales Engineer to maintain an updated and good understanding of products’ functions, technical specifications, strength, components, compatibility and system’s operation.
• Maintain and update the database for technical knowledge, prices, competitors’ products and etc for the purpose of sharing with the whole team.
• Prepare and provide product data report, sales quantity & price amount for all products for Project Sales.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, major in HVAC or refrigeration will be added advantage.
• Technical support experience with major water chiller brands such as Trane, York, DB, and Carrier, with a solid understanding of each brand’s key selling points and product parameters.
• Strong in technical and product knowledge.
• Strong in technical and product knowledge.
• Good command of English.
• Have service mind and willing to support customer’s requirement.
• Be able to work beyond office time.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
