Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage overall supply chain operations from procurement planning to final delivery
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on demand planning, order fulfillment, and shipment schedules
• Ensure alignment between sales forecast and supply planning
• Oversee import/export processes, customs clearance, and compliance with Thai regulations
• Manage 3PL providers, warehouse operations, and transportation activities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and distributors
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory turnover
• Minimize stock discrepancies, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory
• Conduct regular inventory analysis and reporting
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies in logistics and supply chain operations
• Monitor logistics costs (freight, warehousing, handling) and ensure budget control
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Service teams to support business operations
• Align supply chain strategies with business growth plans
• Support new product launches and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and import/export laws
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
• Lead and develop logistics and supply chain team
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience in multinational companies or trading business is preferred
• Experience in multinational companies or trading business is preferred
• Good command of English (Chinese is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
