หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive requests for new employees or to replace vacant positions
• Analyze job positions and required qualifications
• Recruit employees with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and qualifications
• Post job openings
• Screen applicants initially
• Schedule job interviews
• Prepare testing tools for candidates
• Check references
• Conduct background checks
• Communicate interview results and job offers
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation
• Follow up on new hires' progress
• Job Fair Participation and University Engagement
• Signing MOU for Internship Program Collaboration

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interview skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and data management tools.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
