Finance Planning Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather assumptions and business projections.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.
• Evaluate business performance by product category, channel, customer, and business unit.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial results.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards.
• Present financial performance and key business insights to management.
• Support preparation of business review presentations for regional and headquarters management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Evaluate investment proposals, pricing strategies, and business initiatives.
• Conduct profitability and ROI analysis for projects and promotions.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Track key financial KPIs and business performance indicators.
• Support implementation of financial controls and compliance requirements.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Develop automated financial reports and dashboards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Master's Degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, manufacturing, or related industries will be highly preferred.
