Research and Applied engineer (Chinese/English speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Know In-depth Air conditioner and technical analysis and Insight into the trend of the AC industry in the local area, Research and understand the technical direction of Midea and competitive brands products. Find the strength / weak point of product and create summarize data with conclusions & opinions and report to team
• Co-operation with User research team, Product marketing & Sale team, after sale service team to get more detail and understand market/ customer required and create product strategies that suitable for them.
• Frequently opportunities to work abroad in China (Head Quarter) and others countries for co-operation working
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Research & Development Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related field with more than 3 years working experience in HVAC manufacturer (Product planning and strategy, marketing or similar background is advantage)
• Must be proficient and good communication skill in English.
• Able to communicate in Chinese language (Mandarin) is advantage
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making, problem-solving skill and good project management skill
• Thorough technical grounding, strong communication skills, as a bridge at home and abroad for technical development and basically communication. Bear hardships and stand hard work and identify with the culture of Midea.
• Have experience in international, multi-cultural / multi-layered, dynamic environment and Open mindset and willingness to learn new things
