หัวหน้างานตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า QC Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prioritize orders, assign tasks, and monitor subordinates to ensure timely delivery within deadlines
• Supervise the team in inspecting high-risk items, such as legally restricted, prohibited, or licensed goods, to assess and screen them for compliance with export customs clearance regulations
• Working with internal department: Sorting team for Split carton and physical inspect condition with Maximum charge able weight / DG & Prohibited item / Customer Regulation / Airfreight & Shipping regulation
• Monitoring and control inspection priority for support and relate packing line, flight schedule and cut off time
• Oversee, review, and monitor subordinates in communicating risks to customers, advising on proper packaging methods, and assessing product weight and dimensions to meet the export standards of each country for final confirmation before shipment
• Verify pre-packing subordinates about Risk-Notify to ensure they align with customer orders and company standards
• Monitor the status of pending items in the workspace and coordinate the return of non-exportable goods.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Warehousing, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Accounting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge of international air freight forwarding, including customs regulations, controlled goods, dangerous goods (DG), and import/export licensing requirements
• Proficient in basic computer programs such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a significant plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with various internal and external parties
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead a team to meet and exceed established goals
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams within the organization, and for customer service
