Receptionist (Front of House)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greeting residents and guests with a warm and professional attitude, providing a memorable arrival. Assist with move – in and move - out, inquiries, maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.
• Resident relations: Engage residents in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offering.
• Address resident concerns and requests promptly and effectively striving to exceed their expectations in a professional manner including asking questions of residents to better understand their needs and watching, listening.
• Communication: manage incoming calls, message, parcel, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Assist with resident notifications, event announcements and important updates.
• Security and Safety: monitor access to the residence and enforce security protocols. Respond to security or safety concerns and coordinate with appropriate authorities as needed.
