• Supervise duties and task assigned for Gardeners & Softscape
• Transition of the project handover.
• Evaluate the outsource service performance levels.
• Set and monitor completion of periodic maintenance schedules.
• Manage to operate, maintain and install sprinkler irrigation systems including the water feature and retention pond system.
• Schedule and supervise pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer and other related chemical applications.
• Perform general landscape and cleanliness duties.
