หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategize and manage content creation across all projects to align with brand objectives, utilizing online (e.g., Facebook, Line@, Instagram, Shopee, YouTube, TikTok) and offline channels effectively.
• Lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality work on time and exceed client expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging platforms to develop and implement fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts for new campaigns based on client needs and brand identity
• Conduct regular meetings with internal and external teams to set direction and ensure alignment on project development.
• Prioritize project timelines, workloads, and objectives to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Review advertising drafts to ensure relevance to target audiences and alignment with messaging objectives.
• Develop proposals and presentations using tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint to effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication Arts, or related fields preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a digital media agency is advantageous.
• Proven experience in concepting, planning, and developing content for social and online platforms.
• Understanding of social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Creativity, open-mindedness, self-motivation, and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building skills and an amiable personality.
• Fast learning ability and strong communication skills.
• Initiative-driven with a focus on team development and growth.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
