หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Conceptualize and create compelling key visuals for advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop designs that resonate with the target audience.
Ability to integrate various media effectively in campaign execution.
Work in tandem with the Senior Creative, Designer Director, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Present design concepts and ideas to the clients and incorporate feedback for refinement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent adherence to deadlines.
Review and critique creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
Provide creative support for other marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
Stay updated on creative, campaign, and design trends, and incorporate innovative elements into visual materials.

Proven experience (5 years) working as a Creative, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience in art direction with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, with an emphasis on advertising materials.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring and motivating a creative team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with an openness to feedback and revisions.
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
