Creative Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conceptualize and create compelling key visuals for advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Ability to integrate various media effectively in campaign execution.
• Work in tandem with the Senior Creative, Designer Director, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
• Present design concepts and ideas to the clients and incorporate feedback for refinement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent adherence to deadlines.
• Review and critique creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Provide creative support for other marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
• Stay updated on creative, campaign, and design trends, and incorporate innovative elements into visual materials.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working as a Creative, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience in art direction with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, with an emphasis on advertising materials.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring and motivating a creative team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with an openness to feedback and revisions.
• Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
