หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Job Description: - Transaction support. Drafting or reviewing all kinds of legal documents of the docking company (and its subsidiaries and branches) centered on contracts: 1) Drafting or reviewing all kinds of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, authorizations, etc. within the scope of responsibilities; 2）Assist or be responsible for drafting or formulating form contracts, and provide feedback and update according to their implementation; 3）Assist in transaction negotiation - Compliance Management. Legal search and training on legal aspects, file management of legal documents, and other tasks assigned by the leadership: 1) Researching and regularly and timely updating changes in laws, decrees, etc. related to the areas in which the company is engaged; 2) Legal search and output of training in legal affairs, legal document file management; (3) Legal compliance supervision and management of the docked business departments, early warning and suggestion of legal risk events of the company, establishment of legal risk list and application. 4) Other work assigned by the leadership. - Management of external lawyers. Docking external lawyers under the guidance of headquarters legal affairs, supervising external lawyers to complete the legal affairs of the docking company. -2.
