หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Develops and executes the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the Board of Directors and shareholders 2. Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment 3. Prepares and implements comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities 4. Ensures company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times 5. Communicates and maintains trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities 6. Delegates responsibilities and supervises the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance 7. Analyzes problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth 8. Oversees the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Proven experience as top executive or other managerial position with direct experience in LPG retail and wholesale business is preferred • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities • Male or female age over 40 years old • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields will be preferred • Ability to communicate in English at a good level
