Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
• • Manage and lead the sales team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance and support to improve team effectiveness.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in Thailand
• • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefits.
• • Proactively follow up quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads, and establish contacts with the customer base using CRM tool.
• • Identify and penetrate new markets and industries for business growth.
• • Representing the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.
• • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, and product and application) to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and strategic recommendations to management.
• • Ensure all sales activities comply with local and international regulations.
• • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• • Over 5 years of experience as sales manager within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, sector.
• • Excellent management skills in an international and diverse team environment.
• • Strong marketing and sales strategy skills.
• • Knowledge of industrial processes in relevant sectors.
• • Proficient in English and Thai, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• • Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand area.
• • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• • Highly adaptable and able to function effectively in a dynamic multinational environment.
• • Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other relevant applications
• • Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care industry and Hygienic Fluid handling equipment is an advantage.
