Product & Application Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding product applications and solutions.
• • Assist in the selection and specification of products to meet customer requirements.
• • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales staff.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance and application.
• • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for specific customer needs.
• • Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, datasheets, and application notes.
• • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
• • Support the maintenance and service team in ensuring the reliable operation of equipment.
• • Create content, webinar to promote Hygienic Fluid Handling portfolio in social media

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related field).
• • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or application engineering role.
• • Strong knowledge of sanitary equipment and processes in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care, beverage, and brewery industries.
• • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• • Effective communication and presentations skills to interact with customers , internal teams
• • Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation.
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• • Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions in Thailand and oversea
• • English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
• • Willingness to travel within Thailand and overseas
• • Able to commit to a long-term contract for training and professional development to an advanced level
• • Understand how to optimized to help customer success in sustainability
