E-Commerce Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Marketplace Management: Manage online storefronts on various platforms using tools like Seller Center effectively.
• Campaign & Promotion Planning: Design and execute 2–4 marketing campaigns per month based on consumer behavior and market trends.
• Advertising Optimization: Plan and set up Sponsored/Search Ads to achieve target ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
• Budget Control: Allocate and manage budgets for promotions and sales activities to align with monthly sales targets
• Inventory & Product Listing: Coordinate with the stock team to manage over 400+ SKUs and optimize product listings (SEO, Titles, Descriptions, Images).
• Collaboration: Partner with platform Key Account Managers (KAM) for special benefits and work with the Graphic team to produce high-impact visuals and banners.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing sales performance, ad efficiency, and consumer behavior to improve future campaigns.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
• Deep knowledge of E-commerce structures and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in Marketplace tools (Seller Center, Ads Manager).
• Strong data analysis and campaign planning skills
• High attention to detail regarding data, pricing, and settings
• Agile and flexible, with the ability to adapt to rapid market changes.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and communication skills
