E-Commerce Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Platform Management: Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across Shopify, Magento, and major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics (Traffic, Conversion Rates, AOV) to implement strategies that reduce cart abandonment and increase retention.
• Digital Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns (FB, TikTok, IG, YouTube) to drive high-quality traffic
• Campaign & Inventory Control: Coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions. Analyze SKU performance and work with logistics to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Data Insights: Prepare regular performance reports using Google Analytics and BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing. (Experience in FMCG, Lifestyle, or Electronics is a plus).
• Mindset: Early-to-mid career professional with a high level of energy, creativity, and agility
• Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in Marketplace Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and email marketing automation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Preferred Skills -
• Preferred Skills - Advanced Tech: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MoEngage) or high-tier platforms like Shopify Plus or Adobe Commerce
• Preferred Skills - Creative Eye: Ability to collaborate with the graphic team to direct high-conversion marketing assets.
