E-Commerce Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with international e-commerce team to drive GMV, AOV, traffic and orders for each marketplace store.
• Contribute to key growth strategies, including KOL/KOC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and livestream performance plans.
• Manage and coach local teams, including content creators and livestreamers, ensuring they hit and overperform monthly GMV targets.
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars.
• Work across supply chain & marketing to confirm pricing, inventory forecasting, and campaign readiness.
• Monitor store performance daily and optimize listings, ads, and operations to maximize conversion.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2+ years e-commerce operations experience (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)
• Clear achievements in GMV growth; managing ≥ 500k USD/month GMV is a plus
• Young, hungry-to-learn, 0-to-1 mindset
• Strong data literacy and performance-driven mindset
• Fluent English or Chinese, comfortable working with regional teams
