หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize global brand strategies and translate them into effective Thai-market executions.
• Lead the deployment of brand campaigns, including adapting big ideas, refining key messages, and selecting suitable media channels and KOLs.
• Localize key visuals & campaign assets, ensuring they remain on-brand while resonating with Thai consumers
• Identify local trends and viral opportunities to propose high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns.
• Manage and coach the local marketing team, including content creators, marketing executives, and external partners.
• Monitor competitor activities & market movements, providing continuous insights to optimize brand direction and improve global strategy alignment.
• Oversee campaign performance and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3–5 years FMCG experience in brand or marketing teams
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IMC campaigns
• Young, energetic, 0–1 mindset, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Strategic thinker with strong consumer insight and execution ability
• Proactive, data-aware, and always eager to learn
• English of Chinese fluent and confident working with global teams
