IT Support Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Be the first point of contact for client’s IT questions and issues.
• Troubleshoot with the Jan IT Team to resolve IT Problems.
• Answering request from national and international customers (Thai- English).
• Perform standard IT tasks (e.g., Backups, Security scan, Account administration, Compliance checks, Maintenance and Asset check work).
• Working with Windows OS (Desktop/Server) and Mac (not necessary but an advantage).
• Being involved in service design and improvements.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality Only
• Good command of English (Both written and spoken)
• Interview will be held in English
• Having experience in IT support is an advantage
• Keen on providing great customer IT support and helping People
• Keen on working in an international environment (English speaking)
• Keen on improving your IT skills
• Working with remote desktop software
• Understanding of computer networks
• Providing customer support via Phone, Chat and Email
• Windows OS systems (Desktop and Server)
• Mobile Devices and Operating Systems (Android/iOS)
