• As an Operations and Customer Support Specialist you will 1. Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries 2. Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers using the system 3. Manage documentation collection and delivery We are looking for someone who has: 1. Strong communication, interpersonal skills 2. Attention to details and critical thinking and problem-solving skills 3. Planning and documentation skills 4. Ability to multi-task 5. Experience with email, Microsoft Word and Excel 6. Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 7. Strong English language written and verbal skills 8. Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs 9. Good organizational skill, is flexible and reliable 10. Open to Flexible Working Hours
