QA & ISO Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Investigate, Analyze, and Eliminate internal quality problems to enhance the efficiency of company products
• Coordinate and Provide quality information to concerned departments to enhance product quality.
• Coordinate with QC and concerned Sections and Departments during the customer claim process.
• Investigate, Analyze, and Provide solutions for selected customers when they have quality problems.
• Establish a Visit Report and Countermeasure Report for internal and external customers.
• Represent QA Department during the external audit from the selected customers.
• Organize and Set up a team with other departments to visit customers, provide after sales service, and also set up an investigation team when quality problems occur.
• Collect and Compile technical data to establish statistical report for the superior.
• Provide quality information upon request and Circulate to all departments on a monthly basis
• Perform internal and external audits to required processes according to the specified standards.
• Investigate, Analyze and Audit process of supplier when they have problem or annual audit.
• Communicate Quality Improvement program internal company.
• Follow up any action need for solving problem as agree in Quality Meeting or CPAR.
• Maintain JIS H330, ASTM and etc.
• Overall authority of document control process for Quality and Environmental Management system.
• Provide assistance and/or perform internal & external audit. (ISO 9001 & ISO41001)
• Organize with concerned process to establish an annual management review practice.
• Coordinate and conduct QMS & EMS refreshment – training / orientation training programs for employee.
• Control and improve internal auditor team.
• Overall authority of all activity for Quality and Environmental Management system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male / Female 25+ years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Metallurgy, Statistical, Mechanical, Engineer or Science)
• Preferably Engineer or Science background
• Experience in manufacturing is preferably
• Good personality & Good interpersonal skill
• Good command of English (Speaking – Reading – Writing)
• PC skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
• Service Mind is necessary
