Receptionist in Luxury Hair Salon (Bangna Zone)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the branch manager in overseeing the branch’s orderliness and readiness to welcome customers.
• Confirm appointments for customers and stylists via phone and social media.
• Manage the schedules for stylists and stylist assistants.
• Prepare and process billing for customers.
• Assist in translating customer requirements and the Hair Stylist’s recommendations to ensure clear understanding and achieve results that align closely with the customer’s expectations.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after service, provide recommendations, handle initial customer issues, and offer problem-solving support.
• Compile and submit reports on work performance to supervisors.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Prior experience in customer service in salons, beauty clinics, or related businesses is preferred.
• Must be able to speak Thai. Proficiency in English and Chinese for work-related communication is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Pleasant speaking voice, confident in customer interactions.
• Availability to work on weekends (with weekday off).
• High vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
