• We are now looking for an EXPLORER in SALES AND MARKETING in JTI Thailand! About JTI’s Explore Management Trainee Programme Explore Management Trainee programme is JTI’s regional talent development scheme, designed to provide young professionals in Asia Pacific a fast-track international career advancement opportunity. Extended over 2 years, participants complete 3 rotational assignments in 3 JTI locations within Asia Pacific region. Over the course of 2 years, you will be uniquely equipped with illustrious portfolio of responsibilities across borders with support from senior managers who have your professional development in their critical business agenda. 3 ASSIGNMENT IN 3 COUNTRIES OVER THE 2-YEAR PROGRAMME 01 Start your FIRST ASSIGNMENT in your home country 02 Head off to your SECOND ASSIGNMENT in a different Asia country 03 Complete your FINAL ASSIGNMENT in a third Asia country Back to home country and start your first job in a MANAGERIAL POSITION Eligibility to Apply for the EXPLORE PROGRAMME: • Thai citizenship • Master’s Degree in any discipline with strong academic record • Fluent in oral and written English communication as well as in local language for applied country • Maximum 2 years of work experience preferably in multinational FMCG company • International education/internship/work experience in the applying business area is a plus
