Technical Sales Engineer (POP,ENT,CRC,LMT,DPM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and engage potential clients in industries like automotive, aerospace, electronics, and industrial equipment that require POP,ENT,CRC,LMT,DPM plating solutions.
• Create and present proposals and quotations based on the client’s requirements for plating processes
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring continuous business.
• Assess customer requirements for specific plating process of POP,ENT,CRC,LMT,DPM and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Select and/or suggest plating formulations, equipment, and processing parameters that best meet the customer’s technical and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to plating processes (e.g., adhesion problems, jig plating, skip plating, surface defects) and provide technical support to ensure process optimization.
• Advise on how to improve plating efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure environmental compliance, which is especially important for the waste management of chemicals used in plating.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use plating chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
• Offer ongoing technical support to ensure that the plating lines are operating correctly and efficiently, with minimal downtime.
• Work with Technical Sales Manager, Global PLM and R&D teams to develop new plating solutions or refine existing ones based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Supports marketing communication activities, including events, seminars, exhibitions, road show activities, and advertising, etc.
• Performs the other tasks as per assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or any other related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, or plating, or electroplating, or surface-finishing field
• Able to work in upcountry
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for plating issues and bath data
• Able to perform basic lab tests and prepare clear technical reports.
• Good communication skills for customer support and internal coordination
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in plating line environments
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn new plating technologies
