Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with customers regarding import and export container transportation services.
• Receive and manage transport bookings, including pickup and delivery schedules, container types, and shipment details.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with the Operations team, drivers, shipping lines, ports, and related parties.
• Prepare and verify transportation documents such as Booking confirmations, Delivery Orders (DO), transport job orders, and customer documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/monthly reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 year of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Transportation business.
• Experience in container transportation or shipping business will be an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English communication is preferred.
