ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย Assistant Sales Manager (HORECA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Planning, leading, motivating, and managing Sales team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently to maximize the sales objectives and increase profitability. - Drive selling activities and determine potential business opportunities, forecast and budget in line with financial requirements. - Regular customer reviews on pricing and overall satisfaction to ensure alignment between customer needs and the internal business requirements of the company. - Report to Deputy Managing Director

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Age not over 45 years old. - Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business - Administration or related filed. - At least 3 years experience in Food or Beverage business and at least 2 years HORECA experience in Sales Management position. - Able to travel up-country in sometimes. - Good command of English language. - Computer literacy (MS. Office : Excel, Power Point) - Self-motivated with good communication skills, negotiation skill and service mind. - Trustworthy - Time Management (Prioritizing)
