Senior Sales Administrator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: •Assist DOSM and team with daily administrative tasks.
• Manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related materials and correspondence.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to business partners.
• Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: • Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience preferably in luxury hotel
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure with tight time line
• Creative
• Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external guests
• Excellent written and spoken English and Thai
