• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Ensure the restaurant entrance and reception area are well-presented
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor table readiness and maintain guest flow
• Gather guest feedback and assist in resolving concerns
• Support service operations whenever required
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and service-minded personality
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Fluent English communication skills preferred
