Restaurant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and profitable performance
• Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
• Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets
• Forecast business demands and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Manage accounting, billing, and cash control procedures
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with the management team
• Prepare and oversee staff schedules and time attendance records
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards
• Maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and assets in good condition
• Foster positive teamwork and collaboration across departments
• Lead by example and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a related leadership role
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and workforce planning
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health & safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Proficient in English and Thai communication preferred
