Analyze incidents to identify root causes, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLA).
Proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents, errors, and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve overall system reliability.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of bug fixes to ensure successful deployment in production environments.
Work closely with the development team to drive issues to full resolution.
Progress report weekly, monthly.
