Oracle Delivery Lead/Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project implementation
• Solution and design
• Monitors and controls the overall operations of the assigned business process & software application modules through
• ERP software consultant (Client project ) and Analyzing ERP system problems and finding solutions
• Standardize and streamline business processes in accounting, budgeting control, and costing, enhancing overall efficiency and integration
• Works with business users to define and develop application requirement and business process changes necessary to support system
• Monitors and controls the overall operations of the assigned computer servers through
• Main Duties and Functions
• Provides technical support to computer users within the company on major system problems, such as missing control files, application errors, etc via phone consultation or at their workstations based on own technical knowledge and experience, available manuals reference by diagnosing the causes and reinstalling the system or applications as deemed necessary as well as testing the operating system in order to ensure the proper installation based on the standard operations manuals and diagrams
• Conducts software applications training sessions for the company on the standard and/or tailored-made programs based on own studies, computer training sessions attended, and the available computer textbooks in order to ensure that they are able to operate the hardware and standard software effectively and efficiency
• Performs other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 10+ years' experience in IT
• 4-5 year’s experience in project life cycle
• 1-2 year’s experience in SA, BA or related field
• Experience in Oracle ERP more than 3 years
• Experience in application support field
• Excellent knowledge of full ERP project
• Knowledge in Accounting AR, AP, GL, Asset and Inventory
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic, critical thinking capability
• Strong Configuration and testing experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
