IT Systems Engineer (VM & Hardware)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, implement, and manage virtualized environments using virtualization platforms VMware.
• Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.
• Perform virtual machine migrations, upgrades, and backups
• Monitor virtual infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimizations
• Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, storage devices, and networking equipment
• Monitor hardware health and proactively address potential issues
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements
• Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
• Proficiency in server storage and networking equipment
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IT certifications (e.g., VCP, MCSA) are preferred
• Have a car and driver ‘s license
• Can work weekends or overtime
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Document preparation and Report writing
